CVC will open its doors on December 6, 2020 and The Journey Children’s Ministry will be returning! When this happens, our On-line classes will be terminated. Thank you for joining us for this amazing on-line experience. We have loved sharing the bible with you in this special way, but we will be saying goodbye to seeing you on-line and hello to seeing your beautiful faces once again, starting on Sunday, December 6th!
The Journey needs dedicated Shepherds to lead our next generation of believers. Would you like to join this special group of volunteers and serve in this vital ministry?
If you are interested, please fill out the interest form. With your help our children can grow into the resilient disciples of Christ God intends for them to become.
What does Awana mean?
Awana is an acronym made up of the key elements of scripture in 2 Timothy 2:15. “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed”
What do you do at Awana?
If you have children, The Journey Awana on-line program is designed to provide a safe place for kids to have fun, memorize Scripture, and learn to serve the Lord Jesus Christ both in the local church and in the world. Held Wednesday evenings, from Fall through Spring, The Journey Awana includes games, crafts, songs, reward opportunities and most importantly Bible time, when children come together to learn more about God’s Word. We would love to see your child in our virtual setting.
